Upon request, we can propose in some cases to work with packages to offer predictability and more adequate financial planning for our clients.
At your first appointment, we will discuss your situation and determine the hourly rate that will be applied to your case.
If you are domiciled in Switzerland, we are also subject to VAT.
Provisions
It is common for lawyers to request a retainer at the beginning and during the term of the mandate, depending on the progress of the mandate. The amount of the retainer depends on the legal issue.
We are committed to being transparent about our fees and work with our clients to find the most cost-effective solution for their situation. Setting a retainer allows us to plan for the expenses associated with your case and to ensure that the fees are spread throughout the term of the retainer.
